CD ROM CANNOT READ CD PROPERLY

Solution: Clean the CD with CD cleaner.

RULES OF RUNNING DEFRAGMENT

Files and documents are saved disorderly in many folders. Computer becomes slow down for this reason. To get release from such kind of problem, you should run Defragmenter. Rules of running Defragmenter are given below:
Start Program--->Accessories--->System Tools--->Disk Defragmenter--->Drive Select--->Ok Click. 

HOW TO RUN SCAN DISK

Solution: Computer Hard Disk might be in some logical problems because of electricity or unawareness. Computer might be at risk for such kind of problems. To solve this problem you should run Scan Disk. Rule for running Scan Disk is given below:
Start--->Program--->Accessories--->System Tools Scan Disk Click--->Drive Select--->Start Click.
You can see a report. Then close it. 

POWER IS PRESENT ON MONITOR BUT POWER IS ABSENT IN SYSTEM UNIT.

Solution: 
  1. Check the fan of power supply is properly running or not.
  2. Check the power connection with Motherboard is properly connected or not.
  3. Re-plug in properly the power connection of system unit.
  4. You better change power supply, if the above tips do not work.

MOUSE POINTER IS NOT MOVING PROPERLY

Solution: Clean the Ball of Mouse and see the set up options of Mouse.

POWER IS PRESENT IN MONITOR & SYSTEM UNIT BUT CAN SEE ANYTHING ( ABSENCE OF DISPLAY )

Solution: In such situation, you can follow the steps that are given below:

  1. Plug in properly the display cable of Monitor with System Unit.
  2. Check the AGP card and connect it properly.
  3. Check the RAM of your PC. Connect the RAM properly.You can connect it in other slot.
  4. You can change AGP card & RAM.
  5. You can change Monitor.
  6. It can also be happened by the damaging problem of Motherboard & Processor.

HOW TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM OF DO NOT COMING OF SOUNDS IN SPEAKER

Solution: 

  1. Speaker might be disabled. You can change it.
  2. You can install sound card properly.
  3. You can install other software of playing music.

HOW TO SOLVE CMOS BATTERY STATE LOW

Solution: In this situation, you better to change the CMOS Battery.

HOW TO SOLVE NOT RESPONDING PROBLEM OF PRINTER

Solution: In such problem you can follow some steps that are given below:

  1. Check the power connection. Properly connect the power connection.
  2. Check the cable is disabled or not. If the cable is disabled, change the cable.
  3. Check the port is disabled or not. If it becomes disabled, repair it.
  4. Check the Windows is disabled or not. If yes, re-install the Windows.

  1. See the BIOS setup is detects or not.
  2. If not, you can plug in properly the data cable of Hard Disk from to sides.

  1. First, you can restart by copying the system of  Bootable or Floppy/CD and keeping it on the Hard Disk.
  2. Secondly, you can solve it by detecting Hard Disk.
  3. You can format hard disk.
  4. If the above tips don't work, it will be better for you to change  the Hard Disk.

TIPS FOR PROTECTING YOUR COMPUTER FROM HACKERS AND VIRUSES


  1. Protect your computer from internet Intruders-- use FIREWALL. Firewalls create a protective wall between your computer and the outside world. Firewalls come into two forms, software firewalls that run on your personal computer and hardware firewalls that protect a number of computer at the same time. They work by filtering out unauthorized or potentially dangerous types of data from the internet, while still allowing other( secure ) data to reach your computer.
  2. Use Anti-virus software and keep it up to date. Anti-virus virus software will protect your computer from viruses. When you use Anti-virus software keep it always up to date so that it can work properly.
  3. Use Website advisers for example, McAfee adviser. Website advisers will help you in which sites you should enter or in which site you should not. They help you to identify the insecure websites.
  4. Do not open email from unknown sources. When you getting email from unknown persons or organization, then be careful about opening the email and any file attached to it. If it seems  suspicious to you then you better to delete it and the file attached to it. Even if you get email strange and unexpected emails from your well known persons, you should delete it if it contains unusual hyperlinks. Your friend may have accidentally send you virus.
  5. Before sign up in any website, make sure the site and link is safe and secure. Because if it is the site or link of hackers, they will get your all information after your signing up.
  6. Use strong password that is hard to guess. Do not share your password, do not use the same password in more than one place. If someone happen to guess one of your passwords, you do not want them to be able to use it in other places.
  7. A password should have minimum 8 characters and mixed cases for example, X5bsT*r6e7R%hn. Change your password regularly.
  8. Keep disconnect from Internet when not in use. If you keep Internet connect all time, someone especially hackers can easily get access to your computer.
  9. Back up your computer data. Always back up your computer data so that you might loss it in the future. Back up small amount of data on floppy disks and larger amount of data on CD. Most people make weekly backups of all their important data.
  10. Make sure that any who shares your computer knows what to do if your computer becomes infected.
  11. Check your security on regular basis. When you change your clocks for daylight-savings time, re-evaluate your computer security.
  12. Regularly download security protection updates PATCHES.
